Welcome to Rookh’s Yogurt Help Center. As a small-batch, homemade brand from Calicut, Kerala, we’re passionate about fresh, wholesome yogurt—but we know shopping online (especially for perishables) comes with questions. Our FAQs cover the essentials. If your query isn’t here, contact us or DM on Instagram @rookhsyogurt.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship fresh yogurt? We prioritize speed for our probiotic-packed cups! Currently, we offer hyperlocal delivery in Kozhikode (Calicut) and nearby areas via chilled packaging (insulated boxes + gel ice packs). Same-day or next-day options available—expect 1-2 days max to keep it fresh. Nationwide shipping is in beta (Kerala-wide soon); we’ll notify via email when ready. Track your order in real-time through your Shopify account.

What’s the delivery cost? Free for orders over ₹300 in Calicut. Otherwise, ₹50-100 flat rate (local). We pass on minimal fees to keep it affordable—your gut health shouldn’t break the bank!

What if it arrives warm or spoiled? Yogurt is shipped refrigerated with expiry noted (7-10 days from production). If it’s not fridge-ready on arrival, contact us within 24 hours at hello@rookhsyogurt.com with photos—we’ll refund or replace ASAP. (Pro tip: Refrigerate immediately!)

Returns & Refunds

Can I return unopened cups? Absolutely—for any reason! Unopened, chilled cups within 7 days qualify for a full refund (minus shipping if you paid). Email us with your order number. Opened products? We can’t accept due to hygiene, but we’ll chat solutions like store credit.

How do refunds work? Processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method. Expect email confirmation. No-hassle policy: We’re all about trust and "Good Gut, Good Life."

Ingredients & Allergens

What’s in Rookh’s Yogurt? Our yogurts are simple and pure: Premium full-fat milk from Kerala farms, live cultures, and natural flavorings (e.g., fresh mango puree, real blueberries). No preservatives, artificial colors, or stabilizers—100% homemade magic. See full labels on product pages.

Any allergens? Milk is the base (dairy allergy alert!). Flavors like Cashew contain nuts. Always check labels or our site for specifics. Cross-contamination? Minimal in our home kitchen, but we advise caution for severe allergies.

Is it suitable for... (vegans, lactose-intolerant, kids)? Not vegan (dairy-based). Low-lactose due to fermentation, but not lactose-free—opt for Plain if sensitive. Kid-friendly? Yes, our fruity flavors are a hit! Consult a doc for personalized advice.

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store it? Keep refrigerated at 4-8°C (fridge door, not freezer). Consume within 7-10 days of production date (stamped on jar). Once opened, finish in 3-5 days for peak freshness and probiotics.

Can I freeze it? Yes, for up to 1 month—thaw in fridge overnight. Texture might soften slightly, but flavor stays true.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order? Easy: Browse flavors on our site, add to cart, and checkout with secure options like Razorpay, cards, UPI, or COD (local only). Subscriptions? Coming soon for weekly gut boosts!

What payment methods do you accept? INR via credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (Paytm/PhonePe), and GST-compliant invoices. Secure and FSSAI-vetted.

Minimum order? No minimum—start with one cup! Bundles save on shipping.
